Flying has been a dream for many people. After the creation of Airship that dream came true. Using the fleet of Airships known as 'Red Wings', the Empire of Baron was able to terrorize other nations and became the most powerful nation in the world. Baron's main goal however was unknown.

During that time a Captain of 'Red Wings' Cecil started questioning his King's ways and actions. Because of his 'rebellious' behavior he has been banned from the Kingdom.
